Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Ronald V. Hite

Lt. Gen. Hite became a director of the Company in November 2005. Lt. Gen. had a long and distinguished career in the U.S. Army. Since his retirement from the U.S. Army after 33 years of service, Lt. Gen. Hite joined Cypress International and later retired as the Chairman & CEO in January 2005. He is currently serving as the Chairman & CEO (Emeritus) and Senior Advisor to Cypress International. Lt. Gen. Hite’s last active duty assignment was as Military Deputy to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Research, Development and Acquisition, the senior military advisor to the Army Acquisition Executive and the Army Chief of Staff on all research, development and acquisition programs and related issues. He has testified as the principal military witness for Research, Development and Acquisition appropriations with Congress, supervised the Program Executive Officer System, and also served as the Director, Army Acquisition Corps. Lt. Gen. Hite holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from East Tennessee State University and a Masters degree in Management Science from the Florida Institute of Technology.
