The Board
of Directors has approved a comprehensive system of corporate governance
documents that collectively constitute the Corporate Governance Policy of
Digital Fusion, Inc. These documents meet the requirements established by the
NASDAQ Stock Market's corporate governance listing standards and by the
Securities Exchange Commission.
The
Corporate Governance Policy describes the policies, processes and practices
followed by our Directors, officers and employees in governing the Corporation,
and serves as a flexible framework for sound corporate governance.
The
